Assumption of Risk

By attending the festival, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a live, outdoor music festival.

Release & Hold Harmless Agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the festival organizers, venue owners, property owners, staff, volunteers, contractors, vendors, performers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

  • Attendance at the festival

  • Camping activities

  • Use of festival grounds

  • Participation in any festival-related activities

This release applies whether such claims arise from negligence or otherwise, except where prohibited by law.

Lake & Water Activity Disclaimer

  • Swimming is only permitted when a lifeguard is on duty.

  • Swimming outside of posted lifeguard hours is strictly prohibited.

  • No lifeguard on duty = no swimming, wading, or water entry.

    By entering or using the lake area, you acknowledge the inherent risks of natural bodies of water, including but not limited to:

  • Variable depth

  • Cold water

  • Slippery surfaces

  • Limited visibility

  • Weather changes

Attendees who violate lake safety rules assume full responsibility for their actions and may be removed from the festival without refund.

Camping Disclaimer

Camping is provided as-is. By camping onsite, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for securing your campsite and belongings

  • The organizers are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss

  • You must follow all campground rules, posted signage, and staff instructions

  • Fires are permitted only where allowed and may be restricted due to weather or state fire regulations

  • Failure to follow camping rules may result in removal from the festival without refund.

Alcohol & Substance Policy (New Jersey Compliance)

  • All alcohol consumption must comply with New Jersey state laws.

  • Valid government-issued ID is required.

  • Public intoxication, disorderly conduct, or illegal substance use will not be tolerated.

Festival staff reserve the right to:

  • Deny entry

  • Confiscate prohibited items

  • Remove individuals for unsafe or unlawful behavior

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Attendees are responsible for their own health and medical needs.

Medical staff may be available onsite, but attendance is at your own risk.

By attending, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to attend and camp outdoors

  • You understand emergency medical response times may vary

  • You consent to receive medical treatment if deemed necessary

Weather & Force Majeure

The festival is held rain or shine.

No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless required by law.

The organizers are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government orders

  • Fire bans or emergency restrictions

Photography & Media Release

By entering the festival grounds, you grant permission for:

Photography

Video recording

Audio recording

These materials may be used for promotional, archival, or commercial purposes without compensation.

Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Attendees

  • Festival organizers reserve the right to:

  • Refuse entry to any person

  • Remove any attendee who violates rules, laws, or safety guidelines

Removal does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

Agreement to Terms

Attendance at the festival constitutes full acceptance of all rules, policies, disclaimers, and waivers stated herein and posted onsite.
