Yes. All attendees must have a valid ticket. Tickets will be scanned at the entrance.

Yes, tickets are transferable. You can transfer tickets on EventCartel.com by clicking My Ticket in the drop-down menu, in the top right corner of the page.

If available, gate sales will be announced in advance. We recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time, as capacity is limited.

Yes, camping is included from Friday through Sunday.

Please do not arrive early or stay late. We are guests at the Paradise Lakes Campgrounds. The festival runs from Friday 1pm to Sunday 3pm.

Camping is general, bring-your-own tent style. Campers should be prepared for outdoor conditions.

Campfires are allowed only in designated areas and must comply with local fire regulations. Fire bans may be enforced depending on weather conditions and are regulated by the local fire department.

Yes, general parking is included unless noted otherwise. Follow staff instructions when parking.

We ask that you move your vehicle to the designated parking area after unpacking. It is very close.

Car or RV camping is permitted only in designated areas.
RV camping requires an additional pass and is subject to availability. -
Yes, swimming is allowed only when a lifeguard is on duty and is strictly prohibited when lifeguard is not on duty.

Small non-motorized water equipment may be allowed during lifeguard hours only.

Yes, food vendors will be onsite. Food will be available for purchase during the day.

Outside food is allowed in camping areas.

Pets may be allowed if they are leashed at all times and well-behaved.
We love animals, and we want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience.Pets are not allowed in front of the stage or in crowded performance areas.

Yes. All young children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Yes. We have a program for kids planned during the day. See schedule for details. They can also play, swim (under supervision) and enjoy the music.

Yes, trained staff and first-aid services will be available throughout the festival.
